How to Play Millionaire for Life in Georgia
The main steps to play Millionaire for Life are the same across all participating states. Select five numbers from 1 to 58 and one Millionaire Ball from 1 to 5. Here are a few extra points to know before you fill out a playslip in Georgia.
- Get a ‘Quik Pik’ if you’d prefer to let the lottery computer generate a random set of numbers
- You can play the same numbers for up to 26 drawings in a row
- Ticket sales close at 10:15 PM ET each night, with drawings taking place at 11:15 PM ET

How to Claim Prizes
It’s easy to claim prizes of any value in Millionaire for Life, but your options depend on how much you win and it helps to be prepared. Read this quick guide to claiming prizes in Georgia.
- Prizes up to $600 – Claim from a Georgia Lottery retailer, district office or by mail. If you go to a local retailer, it is possible they may not have enough cash and may pay you with a money order.
- Prizes up to $5,000 – Mail in your winning ticket or visit one of the GA Lottery’s district offices. All prizes of this value require a claim form. You must also provide government-issued photo ID and proof of your Social Security details.
- Top two prizes – Make an appointment to claim your prize in person from the Georgia Lottery headquarters.

Georgia 'for Life' History
The Georgia Lottery sold tickets for Cash4Life from August 29, 2016, until the game stopped in February 2026. The Peach State had multiple winners of the game’s top prize, worth $1,000 a day for life. Georgia’s final winner was a resident of Decatur who purchased their ticket for the draw on November 20, 2025, on the mobile app and claimed their prize the very next day. They took the cash option of $7 million.
