How You Can Win

There are eight prize divisions in total, so payouts start for matching as few as three out of the seven main numbers, plus at least one supplementary.

If you win in one of the top two categories, you’ll receive an annuity payout rather than a one-off prize. Division 1 is worth AU$20,000 a month for 20 years, while the prize for matching six numbers and a supplementary is AU$5,000 a month for one year.

A percentage of the prize pool is allocated to each of the other six divisions, so the amount paid out in each draw does vary, depending on the money raised from ticket sales and the number of winners.

The top two prizes are guaranteed to be paid out in full if there are up to four winners in either division. If there are five or more players in the top tier, a prize fund of AU$19.2 million will be divided between the winners. This will still be paid out in monthly instalments.

For the second prize division, a maximum of AU$240,000 can be paid out per draw, so this will be split between winners if there are five or more.
