About Cash 4 Life
Originally launched in 2014 as a joint venture between the state lotteries of New York and New Jersey, Cash4Life later evolved into a more widespread game that offered better odds than multi-state lotteries such as Powerball and Mega Millions, plus a different prize structure.
As well as the lifetime annuity for winning the top prize, you can also receive $1,000 a week for life if you match all five main numbers without the Cash Ball.
Cash4Life largely works the same way everywhere, but in New Jersey there is an extra Doubler feature where all prizes below the top two are doubled if you opt in for an additional $1. Go to the Cash4Life Information page to learn everything about the game.
Game Information
You have to pick five main numbers from 1 to 60, plus a Cash Ball from 1 to 4.
With nine different prize levels, the overall odds of winning are 1 in 8.
You can take a lump sum rather than the annuity in the top two categories.
