Here are the states that currently participate in Cash4Life. You can buy tickets in any of these jurisdictions, provided you are the minimum age of 18.

Ticket sales for Cash4Life began in June 2014 in New York and New Jersey, before the game later expanded to other states. Drawings have always been held in New Jersey, although they are now daily events after the game was initially only played on Mondays and Thursdays.
If you play in different states at different times of year, you may notice that some aspects vary, such as the ticket cut-off time or how many consecutive drawings you can play. Otherwise, the game is the same everywhere apart from in New Jersey, where a Doubler option is available for an extra $1.
If you add this option to your ticket in NJ, any prize you win below the top two ‘for life’ categories will be doubled.
